January 13, 2004

	Present: Selectmen, Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Water/Sewer Commissioners, Donald Schneyer, Thomas Schuler, Peter Socha, Jack Jols and Dan Lawrence from Weston and Sampson, Town Counsel, Raymond Miyares, Joe Kellogg and Jorja-Ann Marsden.

	George made a motion for the Selectmen to go into executive session to discuss possible litigation.  A second was received from Deb.  The vote was unanimous.  Tom Schuler made a motion for the Water/Sewer Commission to go into executive session to discuss possible litigation.  A second was received from Peter Socha.  The Water/Sewer Commission vote was unanimous.

	George made a motion to go out of executive session.  Deb seconded the motion.  The vote to go out of executive session was unanimous.  Tom Schuler made a motion for the Water/Sewer Commission to go out of executive session.  A second was received from Peter Such.  The vote to end the executive session was unanimous.

	George made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Board of Selectmen.  A second was received from Deb.  The vote to adjourn was unanimous.  

	Tom made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Water/Sewer Commissioners.  Peter Such seconded the motion.  The vote to adjourn was unanimous.

	The meetings adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
