Present:  Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Nicholas Nadorff, Peter LaRocque and Jorja Marsden

The meeting was called to review two of Stockbridge Gas Company and Stockbridge Fuel and Grain Co., Inc. licenses for the coming year that was not renewed as the Selectmen had questions.  The question was with regard to the selling and storing of fuel oil as the business had been sold to John B. Hull in 1990 and the large tank had be taken out.  Also in questions was the selling and storing of diesel fuel as the tanks had been taken out.  

After much discussion, Deb made a motion to continue the hearing.  A second was made by George.  The vote to continue was unanimous.  It was decided that Nick’s lawyer, Elizabeth Quigley would contact Town Counsel.  The date for the continuation was not set so that the lawyers could speak on the permits.
