Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Jim Podolak and Dennis Mountain from the DOR, Linda Hunt, Karen Williams, John Morse, Jean Rousseau, Keith Raftery, Denise Schneyer, Michael Blay, Ned Baldwin and Jorja Marsden

Dennis Mountain and Jim Podolak of the DOR presented a budget workshop for FY08 income and expenses for the employees and Board members.

After the budget workshop, the Selectmen went over the warrant articles.  The articles were distributed between the Selectmen for presentation at the Annual Town Meeting.

George made a motion to appoint the following individuals to Council on Aging: Mary Boyce, Belle Fox-Martin, and Diane Sheridan.  Cris seconded the motion.   The vote was unanimous.

The Selectmen decided to meet on June 18, and July 2, 2007. The Stockbridge Bowl Day will be held once again at the public beach on July 7.  The Second Home Owners meeting will be on Saturday, July 14 at 10 am at First Congregational Church next door to the Town Hall.  Stockbridge Bowl Association Annual Meeting will be July 28 at Kripalu beginning at 3.  August 11 will be Laurel Hill Day with the speaker being Mike Gorsky of DEP.

George made a motion to go into Executive Session at 10:50 a.m. to discuss personnel issues.  Cris seconded the motion.  The vote to go into Executive Session was unanimous.

George made a motion to go out of Executive Session and to adjourn the meeting at 11:54 a.m.  Cris seconded the motion.  The motion to go out of Executive Session and adjourn the meeting was unanimous.
