Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, John Hirbour, Auditor, Jean Rousseau, and Jorja Marsden

John Hirbour announced that Stockbridge financially is as good as it gets.  Joe, Elaine and Karen do a good job.  Gasb34 is behind us, and now we have to look forward to  Gasb 45 which has to do with employees accumulated sick time and benefits.

Joe Kellogg joined the Selectmen to go over the important dates for the Plain School Town Office Project:  Bid opening on May 8, public informational meeting on the evening of  May 8, May 15 Annual Town Election with ballot question, May 22 Special Town Meeting to vote on the project.

George made a motion to adjourn at 4:50 p.m.  A second was received from Cris.  The vote to adjourn was unanimous.
