Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Nadine Kennedy, Union Representative, Michael Buffoni, Shop Stewart, and Jorja Marsden

Cris made a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel issues.  A second was made by George.  The motion to go into executive session was unanimous.

George made a motion to go out of executive session.  Cris seconded the motion.  The vote to go out of executive session for personnel issues was unanimous.

George made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 11:30 a.m.  Cris seconded the motion.  The vote to adjourn was unanimous.

A motion was made by George to go into executive session for the purpose to discuss litigations.  A second was made by Cris.  The vote to go into executive session was unanimous.

A motion was made by George to go out of executive session.  Second received from Cris.  The vote was unanimous to go out of executive session.

Discussion began regarding bylaw amendments for the Annual Town Meeting.  An Adult Entertainment bylaw has been proposed and the Selectmen reviewed the language.  A motion was made by Cris to send a proposed Adult Entertainment bylaw along to the Planning Board for their review and procedure so that the bylaw may be placed on the Town Meeting warrant.

With no other business, the meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
