Present: Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Joe Kellogg, Michael Kirchner, Administrative Office Sub Committee (BHRSD)

	Floor space is 8600 square feet.  BHRSD needs 6600 square feet.  There have been no decisions from the committee as several members have resigned. Michael wants numbers.  Housatonic has not indicated their intentions.  Stockbridge wants the District.  Joe discussed the basics outfitting - new windows, mechanicals, and new heating and cooling.  Also discussed elevator, parking and the general project.  Stockbridge is offering $5.00 per sq. ft. or approximately $33,000 yearly.  School district would pay their own utilities and maintenance.  Also, there would be designated parking spaces and storage.  The Town would like a commitment letter before the Town Meeting on May 22, 2006.

	A motion to adjourn was received from George Shippey, Cris Irsfeld seconded the motion.  The meeting adjourned at 4:00
