Feb. 13, 2006

Present: Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey away, Garrett Sarley, Atty. David Hellman and Jorja Marsden.

	Garrett Sarley and Attorney David Hellman came before the Selectmen with a site plan review for an addition at Kripalu.  They would like to see educational institution blend into the land mass.  A proposed addition to the left would be for 80 rooms.  In this day, people are looking for private rooms with baths rather than shared quarters like dormitories.  The architects felt that it was better to be contiguous and build up rather than separate.  Also Garrett stated that they are looking at changing their address to Stockbridge.  Attorney Hellman stated that they are trying to submit plans in the Spring and that “the design they hope will melt into the atmosphere”.

	With no other business, the meeting adjourned at 1:45.
