December 29, 2005

Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Louis Peyron.  Jorja Marsden was on vacation.

Louis Peyron gave the Selectmen the Hold Harmless Agreement signed.  Cris made a motion to reappoint Louie as Fire Chief and Board of Health Agent.  George seconded the motion.  The vote to reappoint Louie to Fire Chief and Board of Health Agent was unanimous.
