Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Louis and Libby Peyron and Jorja Marsden

The Selectmen met with the Peyrons’ as Louie needs to resign from his position as Fire Chief and Board of Health Agent prior to his retirement as Sergeant in the Police Force.  A special act allowed Louie to remain Sergeant until he was 70.  Louie will be celebrating his 70th birthday on December 26.  Louie gave a letter of resignation effective December 25 as Fire Chief and Board of Health Agent.  Each letter requested that on December 27 he be reinstated as Fire Chief and Board of Health Agent.  A Hold Harmless Agreement was given to Louie and Libby to review prior to the reinstatement as the insurance policy that the Town holds does not cover heart or circulatory accidents on anyone over 70.

Cris made a motion to adjourn at 5:00 p.m.  A second was made by George.  The vote to adjourn was unanimous.
