Present: Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, Martin Terrien, Bret Tartaglino, and Jorja-Ann Marsden.

A demonstration was given to us regarding build out analysis.  The presentation was given with the aid of a CD that came from the EOEA.  We were asked to be a test site for this.  We were shown that we could project the impact on a particular project on the Town.  The CD is designed to be very user friendly.  We all felt that it would be a great tool for any city or town.

A letter of resignation from Nabih Nejaime from the Water/Sewer Commission was read.  A motion by Deb to accept his resignation was seconded by Martin.  The vote was unanimous.

Deb made a motion to appoint Thomas Schuler to replace Nabih on the Water/Sewer Commission was seconded and passed unanimously.
