Dog Licenses

	In accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 140 § 137 all dogs housed within the Town of Stockbridge must be registered.

	You may download an application form from this page, complete the form and return it to the Town Clerk, 6 Main St, Stockbridge, MA 01262. 

Please enclose:

		the appropriate payment by check or money order made out to the Town of Stockbridge. 

		a copy of the current rabies certificate 

		a self addressed stamped envelope
