Present:  Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Chuck Gillette, Eva Sheridan, Laurie Norton-Moffatt, Jim McMenamy, Joe Kellogg-Consultant and Jorja Marsden

A meeting of the Plain School Task Force was opened with introduction of the committee members.  (David McCarthy was out of the country and Jack Spencer had a conflict).  Cris began with a history of the building and the wishes of the original trustees.  He explained that the Selectmen had asked for help from our senator and representative.  Ideas for uses of the building range from Southern Berkshire Collaborative, Police Station, Town Offices, Senior Center, Day Care, BHRSD Offices and B.I.L.L, an adult education use.

Joe Kellogg reviewed the procedure for the RFPs and procedures for going out to bid.  Joe also went over his draft of the two RFPs.  The RFPs will be due on July 15 at 3:00 p.m.  The committee can pick up their packages on the 16th.  The full committee will meet at 7:00 p.m. on July 20 to review the returned RFPs.

With no other business the meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
