Present:  Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey and Jorja Marsden

George moved to appoint Anna Smith to the Housing Authority to fill the vacancy created by Patricia Beacco moving.  A second was received from Deb.  The vote was unanimous.

Deb made a motion to approval two Reserve Fund Transfers, one for the Police Department for $6,500.00 to cover overtime due to the injury of an officer hurt on duty and one for the Litigation Account for $15,678.00 to cover outstanding invoices for misc. lawsuits.  A second was received from George.  The vote was unanimous.

The Selectmen adjourned and joined the Finance Committee to go over the budget for FY’05 and the salaries for employees.
