Present:   Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy and George Shippey

A motion was made by George Shippey, seconded by Deborah McMenamy:  That Joe DeGiorgis be permitted to attend the December 2, 2003 meeting at 7:30 p.m. regarding the Stone Ridge project.  The vote was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned at 8:45 a.m.
