Denise Schneyer, Secretary for Conservation Commission, Steven Shatz, Conservation Commission, Don Deno, Conservation Commission, Barbara Cohen-Hobbs, Planning Board, Alan Blau, Planning Board, Paul Coates, Planning Board, Robert Bartle, Planning Board and Jorja Marsden The Selectmen met with the Planning Board and Conservation Commission. A thank you for serving was extended to both boards. The Selectmen expressed their support to the Boards. Cris stated that we need to think of a time in January for Ray Miyares to come out to a meeting of the boards to run a session on ethics and boundaries of what to do and not to do. Discussions followed regarding a consultant when needed for the Conservation Commission, litigations and the drawdown of Stockbridge Bowl. On a very positive note, Sally mentioned that Hank Goldstein may be offering a conservation restriction for some of his land off of Route 7; the property is between the Ripley’s and Raftery’s. With no other business and Conservation and Planning needing to go to their prospective meetings, the Selectmen adjourned. A true copy, ATTEST:
