Present:  Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Clinton Schneyer, Ned Baldwin, and Jorja Marsden

The meeting was called by Ned to discuss the Rea’s property at 18 Pine Street.   The Rea’s must alleviate the runoff onto the Markovitz’s property.  Also the contractor for 18 Pine Street has placed a cupola on the carriage building which when measured by Ned it was over 35’ from the lowest point of ground.  Ned will write a letter to the Rea’s.  A letter will also go out to the Markovitz’s with copies of the letters that have been sent regarding 18 Pine Street.
