Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Chief Richard Wilcox and Jorja Marsden

The Selectmen met with the Chief regarding the scheduling.  The Police Officers want to change to a 4 – 2 schedule.  Also discussed was NIMS training.  NIMS training (incident command system) is a mandate for all Town employees. Chief Wilcox will speak with Chief James McGarry of the Sheffield Police Department regarding possibly have him train the employees.

Cris made a motion to authorize the Executive Secretary, Jorja Marsden to act by and for the Selectmen who will be absent from the Town during the weekend of January13 and 14 attending the MMA Conference in Boston.  A second was made by George.  The vote was unanimous.
