Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Joseph Kellogg and Jorja Marsden

Joe Kellogg, Owner’s Project Manager, told the Selectmen that the RFP is out for the Plain School Project.  Advertisements were placed in the Berkshire Eagle and the Central Register. A Designer Selection Committee was formed which will consist of Cris Irsfeld, Rick Wilcox, John Coster and Jorja Marsden and Joe Kellogg.  This committee will meet and review and interview the RFP’s.

With no other business the meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
