Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Jean Rousseau, Joe Kellogg and Jorja Marsden

Discussion focused on the Plain School Town Office Project.  A debt exclusion question will be placed on the ballot for May 15.  Also discussed was how to get the word out regarding the debt exclusion question and all the days.

With no other business, the meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
