January 31, 2006

Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Arthur Dutil and Jorja Marsden

The Selectmen met to review the document of UniBank.  Karen Williams, Treasurer, is recommending UniBank as Bond Counsel for the Plain School Project.  After review,  Cris made a motion to accept the proposal of UniBank as recommended by Karen Williams, Treasurer, for bonding of the Plain School project.  A second was received by George.  The vote to have UniBank as bond counsel for the Plain School project was unanimous.


Deb stated that she has had conversations with the Piatczycs and the Harts about placing airport mix on Rattlesnake Mountain Road to help with the wash outs.

With no other business Cris made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  A second was received from George.  The vote to adjourn was unanimous.
