Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Craig Berger, Ann Beacco, Linda Jackson and Tom Stokes (all representatives from the Community Preservation Committee) and Jorja Marsden

The Committee explained that they wanted to meet with the Selectmen to help direct the Town to meet the guidelines and criteria for application for Community Preservation funding.

The Selectmen informed the group that they were thinking of requesting funding that would help in restoring the cupola and restoring the slate roof.  The committee was informed that a cost estimate should be available prior to the deadline of February 10. 

Also discussed was the Town Hall project.  The committee felt that CPA funding would come in useful and best meet the objectives of the CPA.  A multiyear request from CPA would help make possible other funding come to fruitation as the Town is looking into private donations and grants to fund the Town Hall project.
