Present:  Deb McMenamy, Cris Irsfeld, George Shippey, Jim McMenamy, Holly Rhind, Jean Rousseau, John Morse, Linda Hunt, Kim Kelly, Peter Kolodziej, Ned Baldwin, Joe Kellogg, Lisa Bereault, Dan Weston, Scott Muir and Jorja Marsden

The following budgets were reviewed:  Town Clerk, Elections and Registrations, Tri-Town Health, Building Inspector, Lee Ambulance.

Joe Kellogg came to discuss bonding with the Selectmen and the Finance Committee regarding the Plain School Project.

With no other business, the meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
