Present:  Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Bobby Flower, Joe Kellogg and Jorja Marsden

Joe Kellogg, Project Manager, came before the Selectmen regarding Change Order #6.  The change order ranges from replacement of deteriorated gym roof deck, gypsum board replacement and painting within several locations, repairs to oak flooring, carpeting in different locations and repairs to cracks in ceilings.  George made a motion to approve Change Order #6.  Bobby seconded the motion.  The vote to approve Change Order #6 was unanimous.

After review of the cupola and roof, Crocker Architects, who is doing the roof, needs to do more work to stabilize the cupola.  George made a motion to approve the change order from Crocker Architects.  A second was received from Bobby.  The vote for the change order for Crocker Architects was unanimous. 

Joe explained that Verizon has offered a two year contract with a T1 line at no set up cost and free router at $625.00 per month only through June 30.   However, there is a clause within the contract that Joe feels should not be in there.  He is negotiating the clause out of the contract.  Bobby Flower made a motion to approve the contract with Verizon with a memo regarding the clause be taken out.  George seconded the motion.  The vote was unanimous.

The kitchen equipment that has been stored may be in need of service when it is installed as the gaskets etc. may be deteriorated.  Peter Kolodziej will be stopping by to review the kitchen to make sure it is up to code.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 a.m.
