Present:  Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, and Jorja Marsden

Cris called the meeting to order. George made a motion to approve the BHRSD Teacher’s Contract for FY05.  Deb seconded the motion.  The vote was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned to the lobby for the Baby Town Meeting which was run by the Finance Committee.
