The Town’s health insurance policy needed to be changed as the Town had accepted MGL chapters 32 and 32B. A motion to amend the insurance policy to read: HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY All those eligible, pursuant to M.G.L. c.32 and 32B, to participate in the Town’s health insurance program, employees, retirees, or the spouses or dependents thereof, shall receive 75% of the premiums for such participation paid by the Town. This policy is subject to any collective bargaining agreement entered into by the Town and also subject to appropriation.
