It was noted that the public hearing for the proposed zoning bylaw amendments would be May 6 at 7:00 p.m. as the Planning Board will not have a quorum on their regular Tuesday night meeting.

The Town’s health insurance policy needed to be changed as the Town had accepted MGL chapters 32 and 32B.  A motion to amend the insurance policy to read:

HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY
All those eligible, pursuant to M.G.L. c.32 and 32B, to participate in the Town’s health insurance program, employees, retirees, or the spouses or dependents thereof, shall receive 75% of the premiums for such participation paid by the Town.
This policy is subject to any collective bargaining agreement entered into by the Town and also subject to appropriation.

was made by Deb.  A second was received from George.  The vote was unanimous.  Since the health insurance policy is amended, the Police Contract needs to be amended.  George made a motion to correct the contract as written by Town Counsel.  A second was received from Deb.  The vote was unanimous.

A memo will go out to all employees, boards and commissions so as to receive a consensus of a meeting date to go over the Town’s underwriters insurance.
