Present:  Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Joe Kellogg and Jorja Marsden

Joe Kellogg updated the Selectmen on the sewer project.  It is estimated that for FY 04 we will need approximately $75,000 for the project ($60,000 from the Town and $15,000 from sewer surplus) Glendale Middle Road will have grinder pumps, low-pressure system rather than a pumping station.  The Finance Committee would like the Commissioners to look at others-White Pines, and Tanglewood to be added to save cost for the Town.

Also, Ray Miyares, Town Counsel, has stated that the legal work he has done should be over and above his retainer.  Ray will be asked to estimate the legal work for FY04 budget.

Departmental budgets were discussed.
