Present:  Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Steve Micka-R-O-W Manager for Verizon and Jorja Marsden

The public hearing from Verizon and Mass Electric for a joint pole on Clark Road was opened.  The reason for the request was to provide service for a new house being built on Modern Way, off of Clark Road.  Deb made a motion to approve the request.  A second was received from George.  The vote was unanimous.

A request was received from Attorney Phil Heller to continue the special permit hearing for the Mazzullo property.  Attorney Heller had sent items for review to Town Counsel, who received the information on Friday, and really didn’t have an opportunity review the documents.  Deb made a motion to continue the hearing until February 18, George seconded the motion.  The vote was unanimous to continue.

With no other business the meeting adjourned at 7:05.
