Present: Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Elaine Markham, Ira Bender, John Hirbour and Jorja Marsden

John Hirbour, auditor, reviewed the audit that was computed for year 2002.  John stated everything was good, therefore no management letter was written.  He also stated that Elaine was doing a great job and was completing all the reports ahead of schedule.
