Present: Cris Irsfeld, Deb McMenamy, George Shippey, Jorja Marsden

George Shippey made a motion to appoint Steve Shatz to the Conservation Commission.  Deb seconded the motion.  It was voted unanimously.  George will notify Mr.Shatz.

Selectmen then adjourned their meeting to meet with the Finance Committee to go over budgets and review of articles.
