Member Pitney moved to approve them as amended, Member Bartle seconded, and the motion carried. A staff member from Sackett Survey Services appeared with a modified Form A plan for land of Komack on Interlaken Cross Roads. This application was reviewed at the Sept. 13th and was found to lack the intended disposition of each parcel on the plan. The modified application included the required language. After a brief discussion that concluded the ZBA’s variance supersedes zoning bylaw requirements, Member Bartle moved to approve the Form A application as resubmitted. Member Hobbs seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Michael Parsons from Kelly, Granger & Parsons appeared with a Form A application for land of Waller on the corner of Goodrich St. and Cherry Hill Rd. Member Bartle recused himself and left the meeting. The property is currently 40+ acres and the plan is to split it into two lots of 20+ acres each. The land is within two zoning districts, and Section 3.3.8 of the bylaws states that the zoning district where the frontage is taken applies for dimensional requirements. Mr. Parsons added the intended disposition of each parcel on the plan, and Member Pitney moved to approve the Form A application as modified. Member Hobbs seconded, and the motion carried 3-0, with one member voting “present”. With no further business, the Board voted to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
