September 12, 2006

MINUTES

Present: Chairman Douglas Rose, Barbara Cohen Hobbs, Gary Pitney, Eric Plakun, Eugene Talbot, and Robert Bartle
 
Absent:  Paul Coates

Member Pitney made a motion to accept the minutes of August 22, 2006 as amended.  Member Hobbs seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved, 6-0.

Mike Parsons, surveyor, Kelly, Granger, Parsons & Associates represented Deborah Davidson in a request for approval of a Form A for property located on the westerly side of Route 183.  The lot created is not a buildable lot.  Member Hobbs made a motion that the Planning Board approval under the Subdivision Control Law is not required.  Member Bartle seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved, 6-0.

Member Rose made a motion to nominate Eugene Talbot to serve as the delegate to the Community Preservation Committee.  Member Hobbs seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved, 5-0.

Member Pitney made a motion to adjourn this meeting at 8:00 P.M.  Member Bartle seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved, 6-0.
