Stockbridge Planning Board
January 23, 2007

MINUTES

Present:  Acting-Chairman, Gary Pitney, Barbara Cohen Hobbs, Eric Plakun, Robert Bartle and Eugene Talbot

Absent: Doug Rose and Paul Coates

Member Hobbs made a motion to approve the minutes of January 9th as written.  Member Bartle seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved, 5-0.

Mike Parsons, surveyor, Kelly, Granger and Parsons represented Albert Bliss in a request for approval for a Form A for the division of property located on Train Hill Road.  The property is located on the northerly side of Train Hill Road and the easterly side of Averic Road.  The proposal is to create a new building lot parcel 1 consisting of .886 acres of land with 157 feet of frontage on Averic Road.  The property is located in the RC zoning district.

Member Bartle made a motion to endorse the Form A for Albert Bliss as presented.  Member Hobbs seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved, 5-0.

Member Hobbs made a motion to adjourn this meeting at 8:00 P.M.  Member Bartle seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved, 5-0.
