June 26, 2001

Present: William Selky, William Harris, Ira Bender, Linda Day
Absent: John Spencer
Excused: Robert Tublitz; James Murray

The informal meeting was brought to order by William Selky at 5:00 PM. The agenda concerned a request by Voicestream to grant it an extension of its application/hearing.

A motion was made by William Harris and seconded by Linda Day to grant Voicestream an extension of its application/hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals. Motion carried: Harris, Day in favor; Bender opposed; Selky abstained.

A motion was made by William Harris and seconded by Linda Day to extend the application/hearing until the next meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled for 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 4 in the Stockbridge Town Hall. Motion carried.

The meeting concluded at 5:20 P.M.
