SEWER AND WATER COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2005

PRESENT:	Donald Schneyer, Thomas Schuler, Peter Socha
		Anthony Campetti, Sewer Supt.. Michael Buffoni, Water Supt.
		Joseph Kellogg, Sewer Project Consultant

Call Meeting to Order/Adopt Minutes – Member Schuler made a motion to adopt the Minutes as presented, seconded by member Soca and all voted in favor.

Water Rates – M. Buffoni presented revenue/expenditures totals for the past three years.  For the year 2005 the Water Dept. revenue totals are $190,754.96 and the expenses are $167,610 and for the year 2004 the revenue totals were $194,218.47 and expenses were $173,422.

There was some discussion as to whether these rates should be adjusted to obtain additional revenue to be put toward the construction of the Marian Fathers water tank and the construction/installation of a 12 inch water main from Marian Fathers to Church St.  T. Campetti noted that the water line
