Minutes of previous meeting - not presented 2. Building Re-Use Progress – JJR reported that Joe Kellogg was hired after RFP process as Project Manager ($40/hour, no benefits, part time (> 19 hrs./week, estimated 18 months duration). RFP for architects released, responses due Dec.2, at least 18 applied for to date. 3. Projected Tax Rate – JJR reported that Town Assessor and Accountant have submitted final data for State certification. Expect rate may decline from FY05 level due to new growth and interim year adjustment valuation increases. 4. Budget Process and Timing – Town Accountant unavoidably delayed in preparing Budget worksheets due to newly imposed State requirements for submission of interim year adjustment (Form LA-15) in property valuations (“Mini-Revaluation”). Budget schedule uncertain at present. 5. Old Business - Reminder – JJR to prepare estimate of fuel/energy cost projections vs. original budget for balance of FY06. KR reported further discussions, no material progress in inter-municipal cost sharing initiative. 6. New Business – Committee agreed to review both existing Town/Cong. Church lease on Town Hall property (JMcM to provide)and original Williams School deed (JJR to provide). 7. Next Meeting Date – at 7:00PM, December 19, 2005 at Town Hall 8. Adjournment
