DRAFT MINUTES

ATTENDING: Berger, Bertocci, McMenamy, Morse, Raftery, Rhind, Rousseau, Murray (alt.), 


1.	Minutes of previous meeting  -  April 25, 2005 - Approved 

2.	Article 27 – Proposed $50,000 appropriation to review/revise Town By-Laws – Committee voted unanimously to approve (recommend) the article

3.	Old Business – none

4.	New Business – reviewed and approved three requests for transfers from the Reserve Fund:
1/ $15,941.14 to replenish Snow & Ice account deficit for FY05
2/ $ 1,487.63 to replenish deficit in Veterans Affairs account to date
3/ $9,752.46 to replenish deficit in Litigation account to date

5.	At 6:30PM, conducted the “Baby Town Meeting”, presenting the FY2006  Town Budget to interested citizens
