ATTENDING – Bertocci, Morse, Murray, Rousseau

1.	Minutes of previous meeting  -  February 13, 2006 – approved as noted

2.	FY2007 Budget Review
Updates:
·	Medical /dental ins. Premium now estimated at $277K – final amount to be reported soon;
·	Highway and Police union negotiations not completed yet;
·	Tri-Town Health has not yet presented a satisfactory revised budget;
·	General liability and property insurance premium not determined yet – continuing to await calculation of AD&D premium for volunteer firemen and special police (new state mandate);
·	BHRSD budget (draft distributed to comm.) to be voted this Thursday.

Reviews:  
·	Chime Tower – approved
·	Historic District Committee – approved
·	Lee Visiting Nurses appropriation – approved
·	Town Counsel – approved
·	Memorial Day Committee – approved
·	Trash Removal - approved

4.	New Business 
·	Reserve Fund transfer to Police Dept. budget ($8K extra gasoline and $1K supplies expense approved;
·	Assoc. of Town Finance Committees dues payment - $120 – approved;
·	Mass Municipal Assoc. Regional meeting in Stockbridge April 5 – attendance urged (agenda on request to JJR);
·	BHRSD possible change in bond premium amortization process – reviewed – no action.
