MEETING of THURSDAY, March 3 at 7:00 PM

DRAFT MINUTES

ATTENDING: Morse, Raftery, Rhind, Rousseau – NOT a quorum – unofficial meeting

1.	Minutes of previous meeting  -  February 21, 2005 - APPROVED

2.	Budget Preparation Process –

a.	Berkshire Hills RSD Budget Proposal – approved in principle

b.	Library Budget and oversight proposal – discussed – put over

c.	Review Budget Workbook preparation to date - incomplete

3.	Proposed Regional Towns Committee to develop shared savings – Keith Raftery will represent the Finance Committee at a planned organizational meeting

4.	Old Business – none

5.	New Business – agreed to meet to review and vote on all money articles and review with Selectmen before Baby Town Meeting

6.	Meeting Dates -  Thursday, March 24 at 7:00PM in Town Hall
