ATTENDING: Berger, Bertocci, McMenamy, Morse, Murray, Rhind, Rousseau, Schneyer,  

1.	Introduce new Alternate Member, Charles Murray

2.	Minutes of previous meeting  -  February 21 and March 3, 2005 Approved

3.	Ratify Actions of March 3, 2005 unofficial meeting  - ratified per minutes

4.	Budget Preparation Process –

a.	Berkshire Hills RSD Budget Presentation by BHRSD – Operating and Capital Budgets approved as presented

b.	Library Budget and oversight proposal – approved approx. 3% increase in Library appropriation pursuant to revised budget presented by Library Board

c.	Reviewed  Budget Workbook preparation to date

5.	Old Business – none

6.	New Business – proposed $50,000 By- Laws review/revision appropriation presented by Selectmen – further review indicated

7.	Meeting Dates – to be advised by JJR	

8.	Adjournment -
