1.	Minutes of previous meeting  -  March 27, 2006 - Approved

2.	FY2007 Budget Review

·	Appropriation to reduce Tax Levy – discussion of use of Free Cash or Stabilization Fund and proposed amount – no action pending Budget Workbook review on Thursday, May 11 at 9:00AM at Town Hall

3.	Plain School/Town Offices Bond Issue – Discussion of use of Stabilization funds to pay first year’s debt service. Sense of Committee unanimously opposed
