FINANCE COMMITTEE – TOWN OF STOCKBRIDGE

MEETING Monday, April 25 at 7:00 PM

MINUTES

Attending: Bertocci, McMenamy, Morse, Murray, Raftery, Rhind, Rousseau


1.	Minutes of previous meeting  -  April 11, 2005 approved as noted (attendees corrected)

2.	Article 27 – Proposed $50,000 appropriation to review/revise Town By-Laws – received letter from Town Counsel describing need and proposed scope of review. After discussion tabled again pending receipt of further information concerning potential cost and selection process from Selectmen.

3.	Old Business – J.J.R. advised that queries concerning meaning, application, etc. of state charges can be found at www.dls.state.ma.us/cherrysheets/cherry sheet manual 

4.	New Business – none

5.	Meeting Dates – Baby Town Meeting Monday, May 9 at 6:30PM at Town Hall 	(Fin Comm Members should arrive by 6:00PM for review of Article 27))
