MEETING Monday, March 12, 2007, at 7:00 PM

MINUTES

ATTENDING - BERGER, BOYCE, MORSE, MURRAY, RAFTERY, RHIND, ROUSSEAU

1.	Minutes of previous meeting  - February 26, 2007 - Approved

2.	Departmental Draft Budgets Review - All Departments, Committees, Commissions, Other Lines and Warrant Articles were reviewed and approved as presented in the draft Warrant - EXCEPT: Conservation Commission approved for $6,800 with all Wetlands legal advertising to be paid from Wetlands Fund; Highway Compactor Salaries, Volunteer Co-ordinator stipend not approved (2-5 vote); Article 24, Water Tank $100,000 approved, $2000,000 disapproved (7-0)

3.	Old Business 
"	Town Clerk Salary - request for salary adjustment and increased hours not approved
"	Police Dept. Budget Special Items - in consideration of uncertain training tuition expense and timing and health/disability insurance expense for another officer, budget kept as submitted but $50,000 added to Town Reserve Fund to cover contingencies
