FY2007 Budget Process and Schedule – Joint Review Meetings set for Jan 5, Jan 13, Jan 20, Jan 27, Feb 3, all at 4PM at Town Hall (NOTE: Selectmen subsequently changed schedule to Jan 6, Jan 11 (5PM), Jan 19, Jan 27, Feb 3, all at 4PM except as noted) 3. Impact of Energy Costs on FY 2006 Budget – JJR described review of FY 06 expenditures to date and estimates for balance of year. Expected effect $65 – 75,000 over budget for this year (in total energy components of $240 – 250,000 in budget). Committee requested JJR to send a letter to Selectmen expressing concern and requesting efforts in all departments to ameliorate problem (Letter as sent attached). 4. Town/Congregational Church Lease Review – Provided by JMcM. Duly read and noted. JJR requested to secure copy of Plain School deed for committee review. 5. Old Business - none 6.
