Member DeGiorgis seconded the motion and all voted in favor. Charles Crane, 16 South St. - Wetland Violation - Mr. & Mrs. Crane appeared regarding work done near a resource area with a sewer hook up. The Commission needs to have the contractor (Mr. Daniel Clark) submit a plan. The sewer connection has not been completed. After the plan has been submitted, a site visit will occur before the connection is completed. Joan's Beach Nominee Trust, 31 Mahkeenac Terrace - Shannon Boomsma of White Engineering appeared regarding a well dug within the 150 ft. LPOD. The Commission is requiring an RDA for this project. This project is the fourth project that Joan's Beach has done without Commission approval. A motion by member Shatz, seconded by member Shippey to order a fine of $500 under Article 34 of the Town's General By-Law was voted on and passed with member Deno abstaining. Jonathan Gottlieb, 2 Lakeview Drive - Amended Order of Conditions - Shannon Boomsma presented regarding an Amended Order of Conditions. A motion by member Shatz and seconded by member DeGiorgis to approve the amended Order as submitted was voted on unanimously. It was agreed that an inspector from White Engineering will be on site on the first day of the well drilling to outline the project. Town of Stockbridge/Stockbridge Bowl Association, Stockbridge Bowl 5 ½ ft. Drawdown - NOI Continuance - Ken Wagner from ESNR, Tom Harrington from Miyares and Harrington and Gary Kleinerman from the SBA appeared regarding the proposed 5 ½ ft. drawdown of the Stockbridge Bowl. The hearing was continued until November 14, 2006. Haldor Reinholt requested that a maintenance plan be formulated for the north side of Stockbridge Bowl recreation areas. Member Shatz requested that Mr. Reinholt get some cost estimates for improvement to the drainage areas, particularly Gould Meadows. Interlaken Land Trust, Larrywaug Crossroad/Interlaken Rd. - NOI Continuance - Michael Kulig from Berkshire Engineering and Mr. & Mrs. John Peyron presented. Motion by member Shippey and seconded by member Shatz to close the hearing was voted on unanimously. Dori Laub, Glendale Rd. - NOI Continuance - The hearing was continued on an agreement with the applicant Member Shatz made a motion to adjourn at 9:35 p.m., seconded by member DeGiorgis and all voted in favor.
