Stephen Genatt, 46 Lake Drive - RDA - Michael Kulig of Berkshire Engineering represented. Motion by member Shatz and seconded by member Shippey to close the hearing. Unanimous. Lisa Jennings, 40 Lake Drive - RDA - Michael Kulig of Berkshire Engineering represented. Motion by member Shatz and seconded by member Shippey to close the hearing. Unanimous. Estanne Fawer, 45 Interlaken Rd. - RDA - Robert Akroyd from Greylock Design presented. Motion by member DeGiorgis and seconded by member Shatz to issue a Negative Determination. Unanimous. Berkshire Natural Resources Council, Inc. - Old Colonial - NOI - Bryan Emmett from the Berkshire Natural Resources Council, Inc. appeared regarding the NOI pertaining to invasive plant control in the wetlands. Michael Blasnik, 18 Mahkeenac Rd. - RDA - Marc Levasseur from Foresight Engineering presented. Motion by member Shippey and seconded by member DeGiorgis to close the hearing. Unanimous. Note: We need to sewer permit copy and the revised plan. The Commission signed an Extention Permit for the Order of Conditions regarding Pinewoods; a motion by member Shippey and seconded by member Plakun to approve a Certificate of Compliance for Stewart Colton on Mahkeenac Rd and Alan and Barbara Berk on 28 Lake Drve. Unanimous. The Commission signed an Order of Coditions for John & Noha Carrington of Ice Glen Rd. A motion by member Plakun to adjourn at 8:45 p.m. was seconded and voted on unanimously.
