Marc Silver, 12 Mahkeenac Shores Rd. - RDA - Shannon Boomsma of White Engineering, Inc. appeared on behalf of the applicant appeared regarding a dock reapplication (formerly Alice Kandell property) which has an expired Chapter 91 license. A motion by member Shatz and seconded by member Shippey to close the hearing, as we have no jurisdiction as the dock complies with the 25 ft. Town Bylaw. The motion was voted on unanimously. Linfield & Susan Simon, 56 Mahkeenac Rd. - NOI - Shannon Boomsma of White Engineering, Inc. appeared on behalf of the applicants who propose to connect to the Towns' sewer system. A site visit was scheduled for Saturday, January 13 at 8:15 a.m. Harvey Waller, Prospect Hill Rd. - NOI - Shannon Boomsma of White Engineering, Inc. appeared on behalf of the applicant who proposes to construct a driveway on his property. A site visit was scheduled for Saturday, January 13 at 8:00 a.m. Stockbridge Equestrian Resort Group, 37 Interlaken Rd. - ANRAD Continuance - Marc Volk of Foresight Land Services, Emily Stockman of Stockman & Associates, and Christian Boysen and Robert Sullivan of SERG were present. Also present were abutters Dr. & Mrs. Hyman. Terry Eucker, the Commissions consultant, was unable to attend the meeting because of illness. It was the sense of the Commission that Ms. Eucker have her report for the next meeting on January 23. The applicant would like a decision at the next meeting. Dr. Hyman is concerned about water moving from the "H" series to their property to the south. Mr. Boysen stated that with construction, water will flow in a northeastern direction. Town of Stockbridge - Generic Notice of Intent - A motion by member DeGiorgis and seconded by member Shatz to extend the Town's Generic Order of Conditions for an additional three years was voted on unanimously. The Commission is requesting that it have an update on the Lucy Jensen property issue. Also, the Commission would like an update informally by Michael Kulig of Berkshire Engineering, Inc. on the Ice Glen Rd./Town Notice of Intent. A motion by member Hart and seconded by member Shatz to purchase a digital 3.5 camera, a laptop computer and record-keeping software not to exceed $2,000 and charged to the Commission's Wetlands Fund was voted on unanimously.
