MEETING - Monday, September 25, 2006

PRESENT - Stockbridge Board of Assessors - John A. Miller, Chairman

                   Assessors' Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's Minutes and had no questions.

Bills - The Board signed a bill from BCAA in the amount of $50 for our annual dues.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Clerk's Meeting - We will be attending the Clerk's meeting on Wednesday at the Cork'N Hearth Restaurant in Lee and will be closing the office for the day.

Decision from ATB - We received a ruling from the ATB on behalf of Frederick Rutberg.  The ATB upheld our denial of the application.

New Growth for FY07 - Michael is finished with the changes for New Growth.  We have over 16,000,000 in new growth.  He will now start on the LA-13.  We have to recalculate the entire town.  He will apply the Re-Val changes next week.

Personal Property - Denise went over the deeds and picked up almost 20 new Personal Property accounts.

Interim-Year Adjustment - Michael can now finalize the new form for Interim-Year Adjustment.
