MEETING – Monday, Sept. 26, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                           Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                           William D. Campbell
                     Principal Assessor                      - Michael T. Blay
                    Assessors’ Clerk                          - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – The Board signed a voucher for Berkshire County Assessors’ Association in the
           amount of $160.00 for our yearly county meeting at the Cork ‘n Hearth on Oct. 26, 2005.

Building Permit Changes – Michael will do the building permit changes and hope he
                                            hopes to finish them this week.

Problem with Sales Analysis – Michael found errors with the sales analysis on the Vision
                                                 Program and when Ernie gets back from his vacation Michael will have him correct the problem.

Notice for Classification Hearing – Michael will send in the notice to the Berkshire Eagle
                                                        and the Berkshire Record for the classification hearing.
