MEETING - Monday, October 23, 2006

PRESENT - Stockbridge Board of Assessors - John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors' Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's Minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for all but John.

BCAA Meeting - We have our annual BCAA meeting on Thursday at the Cork 'n Hearth.  The office will be closed for the day.

Personal Property for FY07 - Michael changed the utility numbers to match the State's numbers.

Values Recalculated - Michael is moving all of the bills over for the Interim Year Adjustment and will put in the new values.

                    Assessors' Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's Minutes and had no questions.

Bills - We received a bill from RRC for doing our Personal Property.  We will give it to Ernie to pay, as it comes out of the GIS account.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

New Growth to Sign - The Board signed our New Growth form that has to be sent to the State.  We picked up $112,000 in new growth and $16,000,000 in total value.  Michael will send it out with the LA-15 and LA-13.

Classification Hearing Notice - Michael will send to the local newspapers the notice of when the classification will be held with the Selectmen.

ReCap Documents - Michael will begin working on the ReCap.
