MEETING – Monday, October 31, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                           Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                           William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Boar discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – The Board signed an expense voucher for Michael in the amount of $39.99 for the
           Purchase of a mailing list software and a bill from Parsons in the amount of $1,015 for the processing of our maps.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Interim Adjustment/New Growth – Michael will attend the Classification Hearing with
                                                        the Selectmen on Monday, Nov. 7, 2005.  He is going apply the interim year adjustment ratios to the master file and then recalculate the new values.
